摘要
苦参凝胶是由苦参总碱和基质卡波姆制备而成的阴道用凝胶制剂。苦参总碱具有抗菌消炎、杀虫止痒、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、镇痛等功效,卡波姆具有良好的吸湿性、黏附性和生物相容性。苦参凝胶临床主要用于治疗妇科慢性炎症。
Matrine gelatum, prepared from sophora alkaloids and carbomer, is the first gel preparation used in vaginal. The sophora alkaloids have extensive bioactivities including anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, insecticidal itching, anti-tumor, antiviral, and analgesic etc. Carbomer has good hygroscopieity, adhesiveness and bioeompatibility. Matrine gelatum can treat gynecological chronic inflammation in Clinic.
