摘要
目的：探讨骨盆损伤全身治疗及骨折本身治疗方法效果。方法对38例骨盆损伤患者临床治疗方法进行分析。结果本组收治的骨盆损伤患者38例住院时间为40～70d，平均50d，所有患者骨伤损伤均愈合。结论纠正骨盆的变位和畸形，恢复正常的解剖结构，达到稳定的负重支撑功能。
Objective Explore the treatment effect of systemic therapy and fracture in pelvic injury. Methods Clinical treatment of 38 cases of patients with pelvic injuries was analyzed. Results The hospital stay of 38 cases of patients with pelvic injuries in this group was from 40 to70 days, with an average of 50 days. The injuries of al patients have healed. Conclusion Dislocation and deformity of the pelvic should be corrected in order to recover its normal anatomic structure to achieve stable loading support function.
