ABB配合PRP促进即刻种植体周骨生长重建的效果评价 被引量：2

摘要 目的:比较无机牛骨(ABB)配合富血小板血浆(PRP)与单独使用无机牛骨对狗牙槽骨即刻种植体周骨缺损重建的效果。方法:选健康杂种狗12只,采用自身对照法。在全身麻醉下拔除狗的左右第二前磨牙,在拔牙窝近中即刻种植,在种植体远中制作一宽3 mm、深4 mm的骨缺损区,放入移植材料。左侧为实验组,填充ABB与PRP混合物,右侧为对照组,填充ABB。分别于4周、6周、8周处死动物各4只,获取完整标本,行大体观察及组织学染色检查,测量新生骨面积。结果:术后4周、6周、8周实验组新生骨面积大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PRP与ABB配合,有促进骨缺损重建的作用。
