摘要
目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合转移因子口服液治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效。方法:82例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组40例在服用转移因子口服液同时加服玉屏风颗粒。对照组42例单一服用转移因子口服液。疗程均为3个月,观察停药后3个月、6个月呼吸道感染发作情况。结果:治疗组总有效率82.5%,优于对照组59.5%(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合免疫调节剂治疗反复呼吸道感染效果优于单一使用免疫调节剂(转移因子口服液),能起到标本兼治的作用。可有效减少反复呼吸道感染次数,减轻临床症状,提高患儿生活质量,值得临床推广。
To observe clinical effects of Yupingfeng particles plus transfer factor oral solation on recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods： 82 children were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （40 children） was given Yupingfeng particles plus transfer factor oral, the control group （42 children） was given transfer factor oral solation. 3 months for 1 course. Results：The total efficiency in observation group （82.5%） was better than that in the control （59.5%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Yupingfeng particles plus transfer factor oral solution appears better effects for recurrent respiratory tract infections, can reduce the times of respiratory infections and improve the quality of children’s life, are worthy of clinical promotion.
