摘要
利用《河南统计年鉴》的相关数据分析了新乡市就业结构的演变特征。结果发现:新乡市第一产业就业比重持续下降,第三产业就业比重有所提高但低于省均水平,农村就业比重虽有下降但仍相对较高;非公有制经济日益成为吸纳就业的主力军,但是从业人员仍集中在农林牧渔业、制造业、建筑业、批发和零售业等传统行业,新兴服务业就业容纳力不足。在此基础上分析了新乡市就业结构演变的成因,并从加快发展新型农业现代化、新型工业化、现代服务业以及新型城镇化等方面提出了调整就业结构的政策建议。
The article analyzes the evolution processes of employment structure of Xinxiang City by using the data of Henan Statistical Yearbook .The main conclusions are as follows：the proportion of employment in primary industry decreases gradually ,the proportion of employment in tertiary industry increases gradually but is still lower than the average level of Henan Province .The proportion of rural employment decreases gradually but is still higher ,and the non-state-owned economy is more effective on absorbing employment ,but the new service industry is ineffective . Then the cause of the evolution processes of employment structure is analyzed ,and the adjustment path for employ-ment structure of Xinxiang is proposed from new agriculture modernization ,new industrialization ,modern service in-dustry and new urbanization etc ...
