摘要
本文首先分析了新时期下对高校辅导员自身素养的新要求,进而分别从政府、学校和高校辅导员自身三个角度入手探索了新时期提升高校辅导员自身素养的策略。
This paper first analyzes the new requirements for university counselors' personal accomplishment in the new period, and then explores the strategies of improving it from such three angles as the government, the university and counselors.
