摘要
发展特色农业已成为新一轮农业经济振兴的着力点,该研究在运用区位商法分析云南各地市农产品规模优势的基础上,利用SWOT分析法对云南省高原特色农业发展的内部优势、劣势以及发展中存在的机遇、威胁进行综合分析,结合云南省农业的发展现状和高原农业的总体要求,提出了建设旅游农业,加强质量安全管理,加大资金投入和政策扶持力度,加强农业基础设施建设,推进云南优势特色农业向南亚、东南亚开放等对策建议。
The development of characteristic agriculture has become a new focus of the revitalization of the agricultural economic.Based on the analysis of the scale advantage throughout the city of agricultural products in Yunnan Province by the method of LQ（location quotient）,a SWOT analysis was conducted to comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of internal conditions,as well as the opportunities and threats existed in the development of the plateau agriculture in Yunnan Province.Finally,this paper comtined with the development of agriculture in Yunnan Province and the overall requirements of the plateau agriculture,put forward countermeasures and suggestions as follows：agricultural tourism should be constructed,quality and safety control should be strengthened,financial input and government support should be increased,construction of agricultural infrastructure should be strengthened,and opening up of Yunnan characteristic industries to the south Asian and southeast Asian should also be promoted.
