摘要 建立了同时测定胶粘剂中乙酸乙酯和7种残余单体(乙酸乙烯酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸丁酯)的顶空.气相色谱.质谱法。样品经120℃,20min顶空加热后,进行HP.INNOWax色谱柱分离和质谱SIM模式检测。结果表明:①目标分析物在11min内分离完成,色谱分析全过程只需22min。②方法的检出限为1.9~8.6ng/mL,定量限为6.3~28.6ng/mL,回收率为93.2%~98.3%,相对标准偏差小于6%。 A method for simultaneously determining the ethyl acetate and seven residual monomers (vinyl acetate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and butyl acrylate) in adhesives by headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (HS-GC/MS) was developed. Adhesive samples were separated on a HP-INNOWax column and detected by MS under SIM mode after heating at 120 ~C for 20 minutes in a headspace sampler. The results showed that: 1) The separation of all target analytes was achieved within 11 minutes, and it only took 22 minutes to complete the whole analysis. 2) The limits of detection and quantification of the target analytes were in the ranges of 1.9-8.6 and 6.3-28.6 ng/mL, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 93.2% to 98.3% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 6%.
