Study on the Plasma Characteristics of Spark Hydrogen Ion Source

摘要 提出了氢离子源等离子体的一维动态CRAM (collisionalradiativeatomicandmolecular)模型 ,计算了非平衡态 (NTE)下等离子体中分子、电子、离子、基态原子、激发态原子共 9种粒子浓度以及电场强度、气体温度和电子温度在一个脉冲内随时间和轴向空间的分布。计算表明 :氢离子源中粒子分布在轴向极不均匀 ,阳极附近有很高的粒子浓度 ;氢原子离子占总离子数的 93 9% ,与文献值相符 ; Plasma characteristics of a pulsed vacuum discharge hydrogen ion source are investigated.A one dimensional numerical dynamic collisional radiative atomic and molecular (CRAM) model is suggested to simulate the micro physical process during the pulsed discharge. The evolutions of all nine species' population number densities and three main parameters, electric field intensity, electron temperature and gas temperature, along time and axis are calculated. The results indicate that large population number densities exist near the anode of hydrogen ion source, and the hydrogen ion density is about 93.9% of the total ion densities which is reasonably in agreement with that from references. The spectral line intensities of the first three atomic lines in Balmer series ( n =3,4,5) obtained from the above CRAM are reasonably in agreement with that from references too.
