本文介绍了电子级玻璃纤维布的性能及生产工艺 ;从玻璃成份、玻纤原丝、织物结构和后处理工艺及浸润剂等方面详细介绍了国外电子级玻璃纤维布的技术进步。
This paper introduces the properties and process of electronic grade glassfiber cloth,the technological progress in terms of glass ingredient, glass strand,textile structure and post treatment is also presented.
