摘要
教师研究的提出标志着西方教育改革和教育研究从“公共控制”取向向“学校自主”取向的转变。教师研究受行动研究的启蒙,经历了专业主义观点,反思性实践和批判性实践的演进历租,呈现出20世纪西方教师研究的协作性、实践性、社会和文化批判性等特征。
The occurrence of teacher research showed the shift of western education- al reform and research from 'public control orientation' to' school autonomy orientation'. Originating from the action research, the teacher research has evolved from professionalism, reflective practice to critical practice, which characterized by collabora- tive, practical, social and cultura1 critical.
