摘要
经济的发展总是受政府调控和经济规律两个方面的影响,我国长期的计划经济体制的影响或者说是惯性作用,使地方政府在市场经济发展中适应缓慢,作用错位,带来诸多负面影响,从一定意义上讲阻碍着全社会经济的发展.该文通过对现状的分析,提出地方政府应转变思想观念、职能,改变"游戏规则",更好地发挥作用,走上法制经济的道路,使我国社会主义市场经济更健康地发展.
The adjustment and control of governments and economic rules always influence economic development. However, in our country, during the development of market economy, local governments are restricted by the long -term system of the planned economy. They adapt slowly,act disorderly, and even have a lot of opposite influences. In a way, they have blocked the development of the whole social economy.This article analyzes current situation and puts forward a proposal for local governments to change their views and functions in order to lead our economy construction along the road of legal system and make our socialist market economy develop more healthfully.
