摘要
目的:探讨脾肾静脉分流加门奇断流联合手术治疗门脉高压症的疗效。 方法:采用联合术式治疗 8例门静脉高压症 ,并与 8例采用单纯断流术患者进行比较。结果 :临床疗效满意 ,术后近期无 1例再出血。术后 1例发生肝性脑病。术后自由门静脉压力保持在 (2 3.6 3± 5 .0 4 ) cm H2 O。结论:脾肾静脉分流加门奇断流联合手术可认为是治疗门静脉高压症的一种合理而可行的术式。远期临床疗效尚需积累更多的病例和进行更长期的随访以进一步观察。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of combined splenorenal shunt and portaazygous devascularization for portal hypertension. Methods: 8 cases of portal hypertension, who received this combined operation between 2000～2002, were analyzed prospectively, compared with 8 cases only performed portaazygous devascularization. Results: The clinical effect was satisfied. No rebleeding was found during follow up period. One case appeared as postoperative hepatoencephalophathy. After operation free portal pressure(FPP) maintained at the level of 23.63±5.04 cm H\-2O. Conclusions: The combined procedure could be considered as a rational and practical procedure for treatment of patients with portal hypertension. Further clinical effects for this procedure need more cases and large follow up period.
