摘要
采用机械检测、三维有限元、材料机械性能及金相组织分析等现代综合分析方法 ,对某厂中板轧机主传动系统万向联轴器十字轴断裂事故进行分析 ,确定了事故的主要原因。
In this paper,the combined use of mechanical detection,3D finite element and the mechanical performance and metallographic analysis has been made of for the trouble shooting of the cross head rupture of universal joint on the plate mill of a certain plant,and the major causes of the accident have been discovered.
