摘要
1986～1987两年间共行782例次心导管及心血管造影检查,绝大部分检查系重复使用经过清洗、整复和消毒的导管及导引钢丝,未发生过与重复使用有关的并发症。本文介绍重复使用的经验。
More than 700 catheterizations were carried out from January of 1986 to December of 1987 by reusing disposable catheters and guide wires, no complication related to the reuse was found. The observation showed that complete sterility can be achieved by standard procedure and that angiography operators should be allowed to reuse disposable catheters and guide wires at their own discretion.There was no increase of incidence of mechanical malfunction when these devices were reused.
