摘要
目的 :观察鼻息肉的细胞学变化 ,探讨鼻息肉的形成机制。方法 :按临床病史特点进行分类 ,应用常规组织学方法及甲苯胺蓝特殊染色法观察 40例鼻息肉中嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、浆细胞和肥大细胞浸润状况 ,并进行计数及统计分析。结果 :40例鼻息肉中以嗜酸性粒细胞聚集为主的有 30例 ,占 75 %。淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润为主的有 10例 ,占 2 5 %。淋巴细胞浸润为主的鼻息肉组织中 ,肥大细胞数量明显多于嗜酸性粒细胞聚集为主的鼻息肉 ,两者间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :鼻息肉中嗜酸性粒细胞聚集似与过敏反应及肥大细胞无关 ,免疫功能紊乱在鼻息肉形成中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.Methods:The nasal polyps were obtained from 40 patients undergoing nasal operations. The tissues from each patient were stained with HE and Toluidine Blue for eosiophils, and lymphocytes, plasma cells and mast cells were observed and counted under the light microscope. All data were analyzed with the T test.Results:Eosinophils were found predominantly in 30 polyps(75%),lymphocyte infiltration was shown in the other 10 polyps (25%). Furthermore many mast cell were found in the lymphocyte infiltration polyps; the number of mast cells in these polyps was larger than that in eosinophil accumulation polyps with a very significant difference ( P <0.01). Conclsions:The accumulation of eosinophils in the nasal polyps does not appear to be related to the presence of mast cells and allergy.The disorder of immunity may play an important role in the formation of nasal polyps.
