对德国近年来新建专业和更新专业结构特点的分析，会给人以启迪。因为这些专业的结构，既包括多个专业或专业方向相互组合的跨职业或跨专业方向的专业组织架构，又包括单个专业本身在职业活动上相互交叉的跨职业或跨专业方向的专业内容架构。下面以一些典型的新建专业和更新专业为例，对这一新的专业模式加以分析和说明。……
The new trend on the reform and innovation concerning model of specialties of vocational education in Germany is to absorb the advantage of module style on the bases of the model of tra ditional professional character in order to make speciality with distinguished and dynamic charac teristic.It aims to construct the reasonable linkage between vocational education and further educa tion,to open up the combination between different accesses of education and educational evaluation system,to promote timely update of speciality in order to realize the combination between professional character and the module style.The characteristic of trans-profession and trans-specialty of the combination was reflected together through structure of organization and contents of emergent specialities in the field of service related to pro duction,industry related to media,personal service,industry related to environment and service related to theme.
