摘要
对汽车副架液压胀形预成形工艺设计进行了数值模拟研究。应用建立在刚塑性有限元法 (FEM)基础上的HydroFORM 3D软件与Oyane延性断裂准则相结合的数值模拟方法 ,重点针对管料初始尺寸的确定 ,给出了汽车副架液压胀形预成形工艺的数值模拟结果。分析表明 。
Numerical analysis of pre\|forming process design is proposed in hydroforming automobile subframe.By using the software HydroFORM\|3D based on rigid\|plastic finite element method (FEM) and Oyane's fracture criterion,a modeling approach is put forth,and the theoretical result of pre\|forming process design is presented which is mainly referred to the determination of the initial tube size.The theoretical analysis shows that the suitable initial tube size for the pre\|forming process condition is favourable to perform a good hydroforming process of automobile subframe.
