海马突触效应的长时程增强

Long-term Potentiation in Hippocampus

摘要 普遍认为突触效应的长时程增强(long-termpotentiation,LTP)可能是学习记忆的神经基础之一,大量的研究也已证明LTP具有许多学习和记忆所需的特性.就LTP的类型、机制等方面的有关报道予于概述. Long-term potentiation is regarded as a possible nerve mechanism of learning and memory, and a lot of evidence shows that LTP has many properties required by learning and memory. The progress in recent studies of LTP mechanism and the type that LTP belongs to is reviewed in this paper.
