介绍了大柳塔煤矿依靠科技力量 ,充分发挥引进设备的高度机械化、自动化的效能和人力资源的潜能 ,全面实施安全生产动态管理 ,实现矿井综合自动化 ,创建了“一矿两井两面年产 140 0万t商品煤”的新型高产高效矿井新模式的做法。认为 :建设高产高效矿井 ,科技是根本 ,装备是基础 ,素质是前提 ,管理是关键。
This paper introduces the practices of Daliuta coal mine in realizing novel modern coal mine with higher productivity and higher efficiency expressed by an annual coal output of 14.0Mt from two faces under two separate shafts of the same coal mine. The paper holds that the establishment of a coal mine with higher productivity and higher efficiency is to be based upon advanced technology. At the same time, the paper holds that equipment is the basis for that goal and the overall quality of workforce is and prerequisite and appropriate management is the key in the realization of the final goal.
