摘要
1982第一次水资源评价以来,全省天然水资源和可用水资源明显减少。因此,进行第二次水资源评价是十分必要的。作者结合万家寨引黄工程实例,对第二次水资源评价提出了四点建议。
It is extremely necessary to carry out the second water resource appraisal on the ground that the water resources ,both natural and available,are evidenlly decrease since 1982 the first water resource appraisal had been made in the province,The writer put forward mainly four points of proposals for the second water resource appraisal combining with the Wanjiazhai Rellow River Diversion Project example.
