摘要
本文从长期困扰高等学校教育技术工作的“三个困惑”入手 ,以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的观点为指导 ,在深入探讨教育技术的实质基础上 ,分析了信息技术给教学和教师工作带来的新变化 。
On the basis of an analysis of the long-lasting 'three dilemas' concerning the work of educational technology in the institutions of higher learning, this paper by presenting the substance of educational technology explores the changes brought into teaching and teacher's work by information technology, and makes an rational discussion of the position and functions of educational technology in institutions of higher learning in the new century.
