摘要
单掺硅灰的自流平砂浆已成功地应用到注浆补强工程中。但在超大体积注浆补强工程中单掺硅灰其绝热温升易引起结构开裂现象。为解决大体积注浆补强工程的综合性能与成本 ,研究采用适量的矿渣、粉煤灰和硅灰的三掺法配方 ,对单掺硅灰自流平砂浆进行改进 ,实现了进一步降低绝热温升 ,改善了砂浆流动性 。
The self-leveling mortar with only volatilized silica has been successfully used in casting strengthening engineering. But for large volume of casting strengthening engineering, this mortar easily causes the construction cracking due to its temperature rise of thermal insulation. In order to solve this problem, the slag, fly ash and volatilized silica are adopted as three additives formula so as to improve the self-leveling mortar with only volatilized silica. This research work obtains to lower the temperature rise of thermal insulation further, to improve the fluidity of mortar and to cut down cost.
