相转移中α-三氧化二铝超微粒粒径分布特性研究

摘要 用透射电子显微镜研究络合分解法制备的α-三氧化二铝超微粒在焙烧相变前后的粒径分布规律及其变化.实验表明,(1)在焙烧过程中,大的松散粒子分解,小粒子聚集长大;(2)超微粒的粒径越小,聚集速度越高,粒径增长速度也越快;(3)经过焙烧,粒径分布由异常扩散型分布变为正常型分布. In this paper, the distributive rule and variation of α-Al2O3 ultrafinc particle size were investigated before and after roasting with TEM. The α-Al2O3 ultrafine particle had been made by complexing-resoluting. The results are: (1) In roasting, the big particlc resoluted and the small particle became big by gather; (2) The smaller the size was, the rapider the particle's gathering and the size's growth were; (3) The size became normal distribution from diffuse by roasting.
