摘要
目的 :观测人乳头瘤病毒DNA在舌癌及其他口腔非鳞状上皮细胞性肿瘤组织中的存在情况。方法 :收集 6 9例各种口腔及颌面部肿瘤组织 ,HE染色后常规病理学检测 ;提取肿瘤组织DNA ,以粘膜型HPV通用引物进行PCR扩增。结果 :4例 (4 / 9)舌癌 ,6例 (6 / 2 5 )腮腺混合瘤 ,2例 (2 / 9)颌骨肉瘤 ,2例 (2 / 15 )涎腺恶性肿瘤组织中HPVDNA呈阳性。而腺淋巴瘤、粘膜白斑、基底细胞腺瘤、颌骨造釉细胞瘤、腺泡细胞瘤组织中未发现有HPVDNA。结论 :部分口腔颌面部肿瘤可检测到HPVDNA ,HPV感染可能在上述肿瘤发生过程中起一定的作用。
Objective:To observe the prevalence of HPV DNAs in tongue cancers and other oral non-squmocellular tumors.Methods:Total sixty-nine cases of oral maxillofacial tumors were collected and pathologically diagnosed with HE staining.Tissue DNAs were extracted and mucous HPV specific nucleotides were screened with PCR,using a pair of type-common primers for mucosal HPVs.Results:HPV DNAs were identified in 4 cases of tongue cancers(4/9),6 cases of pleomorphic adenomas (6/25),2 cases of sarcomas of jaw (3/7) and 2 cases of salivary carcinomas (2/15),whereas no HPV DNA was found in the tissues of warthin tumor,oral mucosal leukoplakia,acinic cell adenoma and basal cell adenoma.Conclusion:HPV DNA were detected in some oral maxillofacial tumor tissues and the infection of HPV might play some roles in the pathogenesis of these tumors.
