摘要
首次采用蛋白质梯度法,以白鱼粉为蛋白源,测定出幼乌龟配合饲料最适蛋白质含量。养殖42d后,以相对增重率作衡量指标,用直线回归及抛物线回归方程拟合,结果表明:幼乌龟配合饲料蛋白质最适含量为35.75%～40.38%。
This experiment was designed to determine protein requirements in formulated diets for Chinemys reevesii Juveniles.White fish meal was used as protein source.Feeding experiments were continued for 42 days.Based on the relative weight gain rate,results indicated that the optimum protein content in formulated Diets for Chinemys reevesii juveniles was 35.75 %～40.38 %.
