摘要
目的 :确定 4℃和 6℃条件下缺血兔骨骼肌的不可逆变性时限。方法 :采用电镜的方法动态观察缺血兔骨骼肌的变性过程 ,判定肌肉的不可逆变性点。结果 :4℃时缺血兔骨骼肌的不可逆变性时限为 5 0 h;6℃时缺血兔骨骼肌的不可逆变性时限为 2 8h。结论 :离断肢体在 4℃时超过 5 0 h,6℃时超过 2 8h即应谨慎再植。
Objective:To determine the effect of varied tempentmes at 4℃ and 6℃, respectively, on time limit of irreversible degeneration of ischemic rabbit skeletal muscle. Method:Electron microscope was used to examine the irreversible degeneration point. Results:The time limit of irreversible degeneration of ischemic rabbit was within 50 h at 4℃ whereas the limit was within 28 h at 6℃. Conclusion:The replantation should be deliberative after ischemia of skeletal musle more than 50 h at 4℃ or 28 h at 6℃.
