摘要
通过对径向竹帘复合板的制板工艺、物理力学性能、经济效益的分析表明 :径向竹帘复合板具有物理力学性能高、板面质量好、竹材利用率高、胶粘剂用量少、热压周期短、产量高、能耗低等优点 ,是一种竹材资源全方位、高效加工利用的新途径。
This thesis analyzed the manufacturing technology,physical and mechanical properties,economic benefits of radial bamboo curtains composite panel.The results showed that radial bamboo curtains composite panel had high physical and mechanical properties,good surface quality,high utilization rate of bamboo resources,smaller amount of adhesive used and shorter time of hot pressing,higher productivity,lower energy consumption and so on.All these virtues showed that radial bamboo curtains composite panel was a new way of higher rate processing and utilization and all its aspects of bamboo resources.
