摘要 对智能传感器技术作了扼要介绍 ,概述了其技术特征以及传感器智能化的途径 ,介绍了与智能传感器设计制造的相关技术。 An introduction to the intelligent sensor technology and its characterization is presented,followed by details of some methods of intelligent sensor.Basic design approaches,the relational thechnology methods and development trend is described.
