摘要
依法治校是转型时期高等教育管理的客观需要 ,是法治时代高校科学管理的内在要求。高校依法治校要依据高校管理之法源 ,制定依法治校的目标体系 ,其本质就是学校领导依据法律法规和有关规定维护学校的权益和师生权益 ,同时全体师生员工依据法律法规和校纪校规约束自我行为。
To govern university legally is not only an objective demand of the reality in the turning stage of the higher education administration but also the inner requirement of the scientific administration of university in the era of legality. Institutions of higher learning should set up their own aim system of legal administration according to the standards of the higher education management. The nature of this work is that the leaders of universities should safeguard the lawful rights and interests of both universities and teachers. In the meantime, every member of the university should conduct themselves according to the school regulations and laws.
