摘要
通过对大气等离子喷涂不同体积配比的ZrO2 NiCoCrAlY复合涂层组元含量测定 ,分析了喷涂制备工艺对涂层组元含量与成分分布的影响。结果表明 ,喷涂时 ,NiCoCrAlY将与环境气氛发生反应 ,形成微晶或非晶Al2 O3,NiO ,Cr2 O3 等氧化物 ,氧化物的数量随复合涂层中ZrO2 含量的减少而增多 ,直至纯NiCoCrAlY涂层达到最多。对于大气等离子喷涂陶瓷—金属 (或合金 )系梯度涂层 ,在进行成分优化设计时 。
Six kinds of ZrO 2/NiCoCrAlY composite coatings with different ZrO 2 content were fabricated by air plasma spraying. After testing of the content of coating component, the influence of fabricating technology on the composition and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the NiCoCrAlY component reacts with circumstance atmosphere during plasma spraying, which forms amorphous or crystallite oxides such as Al 2O 3、NiO、Cr 2O 3, etc. The oxide amount increases gradually with the content decreasing of ZrO 2 component in ZrO 2/NiCoCrAlY composite coatings, and reaches the maximum values in pure NiCoCrAlY coating. The forming of oxides may change the properties of the coatings such as thermal expansion coefficient and elastic modulus, which should be taken into account during composition design of air plasma sprayed ceramic/metal graded coating.
