摘要
从分析热量传递过程入手 ,结合目前大功率柜在运行中暴露出的一些问题 ,对阻碍晶闸管热量散发的几个方面进行了分析 ,同时提出了有效提高散热效果。
Based on the analysis of the heat transfer process, and linked with the problems occured at the operation of the high power cabinet, several factors to impede the heat radiation of transistor are analyzed, meanwhile the concrete measures for increasing the radiation efficiency and reducing the thermal resictance are given.
