摘要
新型二氢吡啶类药物－氨氯地平与常用的钙拮抗剂硝苯地平相比，除了具有高度的血管选择性外，兼有半衰期长、作用持久、不良反应少而轻、服用方便等特点、治疗作用的机制和药动学特点进展迅速，尤其在降压疗效，老年性高血压，高血压合并糖尿病，联合用药治疗高血压等方面发挥着重要的作用。
Amlodipine,a new type of dihydropydine(DHP),compared with nifedipine of calcium channel blocker, has characteristics of long half-life,enduring effect,less and light adverse drug reaction and convenience of using drug (one time per day).Its process of therapeutic effect and pharmacokinetical characteristics develop rapidly.Amlodipine plays an important role in anti-high blood pressure,the treatment of senile high blood pressure and high blood pres- sure in combination with diabetes,and the combined treatment of high blood pressure with other drugs.The drug is of practical significance.
