摘要
用喷射成形技术在较低雾化压力下沉积了 Al Zn1 2 Mg2 Cu2 合金 ,对其组织结构用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行了观察和分析 ,发现 :在本喷射成形工艺条件下 ,可以形成高致密度的具有等轴晶粒的均匀合金 ,晶粒尺寸在 30~ 6 0 μm范围内 ,在晶内和晶界处有 Mg Zn2 相的析出 ;对制备的材料经挤压比为 7.7∶ 1条件下的热挤压和 T6时效处理后进行了力学性能测定 ,结果显示屈服强度 (σUS)为 74 0 MPa,抗拉强度 (σUTS)为 75 3MPa,延伸率 (δ)为8.
