摘要
试验采用半纯合饲粮,研究了不同预处理小麦麸对生长猪体增重、饲料效率及组织器官中硒含量的影响。结果表明,碱处理显著提高猪体增重和饲料效率(P<0.05),而未处理小麦麸组及对照组间差异不显著。各处理组间组织硒含量及血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Effect of wheat bran with different methods on weights, consumptions, and Se concentration in tissues of pig were studied in the experiments. The results showed that weights and consumptions were significatly higher in alkalization than those of the control (P<0.05). Se concentrations in various tissue and GSH-Px activity in blood were not significantily influenced by all treatments(P>0.05).
