摘要
目的 寻求一种简便实用的苦豆草总生物碱含量测定方法。方法 用pH =5 .6的醋酸 -醋酸钠缓冲液提取苦豆草中的总生物碱 ,总生物碱在pH =7.6的溶液中与溴麝香草酚蓝形成离子对 ,氯仿萃取后在 4 2 2nm处用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果 线形范围 0～ 13.6 0 μg·ml-1。苦参碱的平均回收率为 98.5 7% ,RSD =1.92 %。结论 测定结果表明提取完全、方法简便、重现性好、结果准确 。
Aim To establish a simple method for determination the alkaloids contents from Sophoroa alopecuroides L.Methods To extract alkaloids from Sophoroa alopecuroides L.with acetic acid buffer solution which pH was 5.6.The total alkaloids and Bromthymol blue forms ion pairs in solution.The ion pairs was exstracted by chloroform and was determined through acid dye spectrophotometry.Results The liner arrange is between 0～13.60μg·ml -1 .The mean recovery of matrine was 98.57%,RSD=1.92%.Conclusion The result indicates that the method performed is accurate and simple.The reproducibility and rate of extraction are also desirable.The method of determination alkaloids is rather adviserble than that of pharmacopoeia.
