摘要
企业信息系统体系结构 (ISA)是研究企业信息系统柔性的基础 ,除了孤立地研究ISA各子系统的柔性外 ,还必须从整体的高度对企业ISA进行柔性管理 .为此 ,从社会 -技术系统的观点出发 ,将企业ISA划分为社会子系统和技术子系统 。
Enterprise Information System Architecture is the base of study on enterprise information system flexibility.Besides studying separately on the flexibility of each subsystem of Enterprise Information System Architecture,flexible management of Enterprise Information System Architecture should also be done on the level as a whole.In this paper,Enterprise Information System Architecture is divided into two parts:social-subsystem and technical-subsystem,from a social-technical system viewpoint.Then,the methods of flexible management of both of them are discussed separately.
