摘要
当前,为了降低粉磨系统的电耗,多在磨机前面增加预粉碎设施。工艺流程的变化,改变了磨机的工作参数,并影响其技术性能,尤其表现在长径比上。如何确定带预粉碎设施磨机长径比?本文应用粉磨动力学原理,并结合生产实践,论述了带预粉碎设施一般圈流水泥磨的长径比范围,以作为确定磨机规格时的参考。
There is a trend at the present that the pregrinding equipment is generally incorporated in grinding system for energy saving and capacity increasing. It, however, will change the working conditions of mill, and consequently, the length-diameter ratio of mill shouted be reconsidered accordingly. Based on the dynamics of comminution and actual practice, the author suggests a suitable range of length - diameter ratio for mills in closed circuit system with pregrinding.
