摘要
针对研制的自由曲面非接触式测量系统的硬件组成和工作原理 ,对CAD模型已知自由曲面零件的测点自适应布置、CAD模型未知曲面的测量路径规划和测点数据处理算法进行了研究 。
Hardware components and working principles of the developed free form surface non contact measurement system are introduced. Algorithms such as adaptive allocation of measurement points for a given CAD model of free form surface, measurement path planning and measured points data processing for creating CAD model of new free form surface are studied. Effectiveness of the algorithms are proved by the results of computer simulation and experiments.
