强调改善室内空气品质应该有一种紧迫感 ,不应纠缠一些复杂的理论问题 ;当务之急是尽快建立起我国的室内空气品质标准和评价方法 ;尽管将成熟有效的措施和方法应用于实际。
Stresses that it is an urgent need to deal with IAQ problems rather than quibbling over side issues, to establish a national standard of IAQ and an evaluation system, and to employ ripe and effective methods and experiences in engineering practice. Proposes in some detail routes to these ends.
