摘要
文章针对山东省银河纸业集团生产信息管理的需要,建立了一个经济型的基于LonWorks现场总线的造纸厂水、电、汽能源负荷监测优化调度系统。在充分利用原有测量仪表设备的前提下,通过对全厂水、电、汽消耗的优化计算,实现造纸厂能源负荷的综合调度,从而达到节能降耗的目的。
Aiming at the requirement of the productioninformation management of paper plants, an economical system of energy load monitoring and optimal dispatching based onLonWorks fieldbus is proposed. By optimal computing the data of water, electric and steam consumption in the plant, the entiredispatching of energy load is implemented to save energy, and the existing measure equipment on field is kept fully used.
