摘要
用系列聚氨酯 (PU)乳液对VAE乳液进行共混改性 ,研究了共混乳液的稳定性、乳液膜性能、相容性等。结果表明 ,共混乳液的稳定性依赖于乳液的PH值 ;共混乳液胶膜的性能依赖于共混乳液的组成和PU链段中软段和硬段的比例 ;共混体系具有部分相容性 。
VAE emulsion was modified by a series of urethane(PU) emulsion blending.The stability,properties of films and the compatibility of the blending emulsion were studied.It showed that the stability of the blending emulsion depended on the PH value,the properties of film were affected by the proportion of PU Emulsion in the blending system and the ratio of the soft and hard segment in PU molecule,and the blending system was partial compatible,the mutual action was mainly happened in the hard segment of PU.
