摘要
宝钢一连铸结晶器循环水系统设计为敞开式循环水系统 ,自 1989年连铸投产后系统在夏季的送水温度经常超过连铸生产的报警水温 ,使连铸生产在夏季难以保证。 1997年后 ,这一矛盾更为突出。 1999年初 ,我们对水系统的处理方案进行了优化 ,彻底解决了系统夏季的瓶颈问题 ,在保证水处理效果的前提下 ,提高了系统的浓缩倍数 ,节约了大量的工业补水和药剂费用。分析了造成报警温度问题的主要原因 ,总结了方案优化前后的水质及设备状况 ,提出了针对高热负荷开放式冷却系统的水处理方案。
The cooling water system of the Continuous Caster No.1 in Baoshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is an open circulating water system. Since 1989 the temperature of the inlet water in summer had often exceeded the mould alarm water temperature. After 1997 this problem had become more serious. In 1999 the treatment program of the water system was optimized. The bottleneck problem was successfully solved ever since. By now,cycles of concentration of this system is 1.4 and the total cost is less than what it was before. Most causes for this problem are summarized and the water quality and the mould condition are analyzed,before and after the new program has been carried out.
