摘要
进入２１世纪，我国大力开展技术创新，高校专利工作是专利制度与高校技术创新相互结合的产物。通过分析制约高校专利工作发展的因素，建立影响因素模型，为新时期高校专利工作促进技术创新、寻求发展对策提供了一定参考。
In 21th century, Our country devote major efforts to making innovation technology now. The patent working of colleges and universities is the result of combining patent system and making innovation in colleges and universities. The paper analyses the factor of reurioting patent working of colleges and universities, estab- lishs the pattern of factors, refer to make out the way of development of patent working of colleges and univer- sities promoting to make innovation.
