摘要
将 Sorin、科威和天津心脏停搏液灌注器 (BCD)各 5只连于实验模拟停搏液灌注系统 ,测定不同输入温度 (2 4℃、2 8℃、32℃、37℃ )和流量 (5 0~ 6 0 0 ml/min)下其变温效果、跨装置压力阶差和变温 -平衡时间等指标。结果 :Sorin BCD的变温效果最好 ,对停搏液的阻力最小 ,变温 -平衡时间最短。科威 BCD的各项测定指标接近并略差于 Sorin BCD,而天津 BCD的性能最差。当输入温度为 32℃ ,流量为 6 0 0 ml/m in时 ,三者的输出温度分别为 8.7± 0 .2 2℃、10 .1± 0 .46℃和 14.4± 0 .87℃。认为在本实验条件下 ,Sorin和科威 BCD均具有良好的工作性能 ,而天津 BCD则难以达到满意的心肌保护效果。
To compare the performance of three commonly used blood cardioplegia devices(BCD),in vitro experimental set, Sorin, Kewei and Tianjin BCDs were tested for the heat exchange capability, cross-device pressure gradient and heat exchange balance time at different cardioplegia flowrate (50~600ml/min) and different input temperature (24℃, 28℃, 32℃,37℃) The results showed the Sorin BCDs were fond with excellent heat exchange capability, lowest resistance to cardioplegia and shortest heat exchange balance time In all the tested parameters, the Kewei BCDs were inferior but close to the Sorin BCDs ,whereas the Tianjin BCDs were fond with the poorest performance At the flowrate of 600ml/min and input temperature of 32℃, the output temperature of the three were 8 70±0 22℃, 10 10±0 46℃ and 14 40±0 87℃ seperately This suggests that under the experimental condition, Sorin BCD and Kewei BCD can work with excellent performance but satisfactory myocadial protection effect can not be expected with Tianjin BCD
