摘要
目的 探讨严重肝损伤的治疗方法。方法 回顾分析 8年内收治的 6 0例严重肝损伤的临床资料。结果 6 0例肝损伤 5 4例治愈 ,6例术中死亡。 3例死于全肝碎裂大出血 ,1例死于右肝碎裂大出血 ,1例死于肝后下腔静脉损伤 ,1例死于合并腹内多脏器损伤大出血。结论 缩短手术前时间 ,良好的术野暴露 ,选取合理术式 ,腹腔血的回输 。
Objective To study the treatment of severe hepatie trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinic information in 60 cases with sever hepatic trauma in last 8 years.Results 54 cases were cured,6 cases died from haemorrhage.Conclusion Shorting the time before operation,better exposure of the operation place,correct operative approach,and reperfussion the peritoneal cavity blood are the important steps to reduce the mortality.
