摘要
以两组产量水平相近而蛋白质含量有较大差异的四个小麦品种为试材 ,研究了苗期不同浓度的硝酸盐对叶绿素荧光参数 Fv/ Fm和 ΦPSII日变化的影响。结果表明 :在中午强光下 ,缺氮处理 (无 NO3- )和 CK(15 mm ol L- 1 NO3- ,15 N)中四品种的 Fv/ Fm、ΦPSII都有所下降 ,缺氮处理中二者的下降幅度显著高于 CK;高蛋白小麦 PH82 - 2 - 2和 PH85 -16下降程度小于低蛋白小麦品种 T1和 L14。受到氮素胁迫 (缺氮、低氮和高氮 )的幼苗在饱和光强下测定的 Fv/ Fm、ΦPSII比正常供氮水平 (15 mm ol L- 1 NO3- ,CK)者明显下降 ,缺氮与 CK差异达极显著性水平。随处理时间的延长 ,高氮处理 (40 mm ol L- 1 NO3- )的 Fv/ Fm与 CK差异也达到极显著水平。在不同氮水平下 ,高蛋白小麦均能保持较高的
Two groups of wheat cultivars with similar yield but different protein contents were used to study the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm, Φ PSII ) in the seedlings cultured by different concentrations of NO 3 -. Diurnal changes of Fv/Fm and Φ PSII in wheat seedling leaves cultured by 0N (without NO 3 -) and 15N (15 mmol L -1 NO 3 -) showed a very significant difference between two treatments and among four cultivars. The middy decline of two parameters in 15N treatment was slighter than that in 0N cultivars. PH82 2 2 and PH85 16 with higher protein contents showed a slight decline at noon than T1 and L14 with lower protein contents(Fig.1). Fv/Fm and Φ PSII measured under saturation light treated by 0N, low N (5 mmol L -1 NO 3 -) and high N (40 mmol L -1 NO 3 -) were all lower than that in 15N treatment (CK). PH82 2 2 and PH85 16 had a both higher Fv/Fm and Φ PSII than the others in this case. The difference of Fv/Fm between 0N, low N, high N and CK was increased by prolonging the time of treatment (Table 2, 3).
