摘要
目的 :研究上颌窦曲菌病的鼻内窥镜下手术治疗。方法 :对 12例上颌窦曲菌病人采用鼻内窥镜下中、下鼻道联合开窗手术。结果 :所有病人经上述方法手术治疗后随访 18月以上无 1例复发。结论 :鼻内窥镜下中、下鼻道联合开窗手术治疗上颌窥曲菌病效果确切 。
Objective To study the operation on maxillary sinus aspergillus under endoscopic intranasal Approach.Methods:To operate on 12 patients of maxillary sinus aspergillus under nasal endoscope combined with fenestration in the middle and inferior meatus.Results:All the patients had been cured and none was recurrent with following up over 18 months.Conclusion:As mentioned above,the curative effects of this kind operatoin is positively,but one point must be stressed on,i e,the obstructive factors must be firstly removed.
