摘要
文章介绍了制取聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)的POY的切片干燥、纺丝及假捻等工艺条件,及其POY和DTY的质量指标。并对切片的含水率、卷绕速度、POY的S—S曲线及存放时间作了讨论。结果认为可以在国产PK_2高速纺丝机上,选择恰当纺丝温度、纺丝速度制得PBT的POY,经假捻能织成新型织物。
Technological conditions for manufacturing POY of PBT include chip drying, spinning and texturing etc. as well as the quality indices of POY and DTY are introduced, discussions are made on moisture contents of chips, winding speed, S-S curve and storage time of POY, a conclusion is obtained that when selecting suitable spinning temperature and speed it is possible to manufacture PO Y of PBT on domestic PK2 high speed spinning machine and then after texturing to 'make novelty fabrics.
