摘要
叙述了电泳芯片的设计和制作,并详细阐述了电泳芯片的进样方法,电泳操作方法等。实验结果表明,本系统能对DNA片段进行很好的分离和检测,检测极限已达到10-19mol。
The electrophoretic chip was elaborated designed and manufactured.The method of sample injection and the operation o f electrophoretic chip were also dem onstrated in detail.The results of experiments indicate that the electrophoretic chip system can well separate and detect the DNA fragments.The limit of detectio n is up to 10-19 mol.
